** EYE SHADOW TIPS **
Try to achieve a natural-looking
gradation of color from dark to light as you go from lash to brow.
Powder the lid area to prime it to receive the shadow color.Apply
darker accent color just above the lashes blending upwards and outwards
to the outer corner. Apply lighter base color from lash to brow
bone as a highlight.
